Discover Sponsorship! Support local and be apart of a local event. By the Witches and Weirdos. Whether you're a small business or corporation, vendor or tattoo shop, we have packages that will fit your promotional need and wants. Can't make it to the show? We've got you! 

Vendor Collective

Before you apply, please take a moment to read over our Vendor Collective Application Policy. We want to ensure that all information is read and understood when you apply and before you vend with us.

Events

  • Donating to the door prize and/or 25 swag bags is NOT mandatory but is appreciated at our events
  • You understand that vendors are considered based on their uniqueness and how fitting they are to each themed event. There will be no more than 5 vendors of the same category at each event.*
  • The "This or That" questionnaire that is sent to accepted vendors is not mandatory and is strictly for entertainment purposes
  • You understand that there is no early take-down for the event unless you have sold out or there is an emergency*
  • You understand that there is a strict theme to these events and only the best suited will be selected. MLM's will be automatically rejected.*
  • You understand that Witches & Weirdos Events and Vendor Collective are not to be held responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items during the event. You have the option to obtain vendor insurance prior to the event.*
  • Are you a practitioner/reader? Have you or will you be convicted of a criminal offense that impacts the safety of the general public? Jay & Sav reserve the right to obtain a CPIC from you should we deam it necessary. We don't reimburse for this.

Form

The Dark Enchantement Ostara Night Market event applications officially open on Monday, January 19th and will be close on Saturday, February 7th. If you would like to submit an early application, please continue below. This does not guarentee an early acceptance. All applicants will be notified of their acceptances at the same time - Monday, February 9th. 

You must submit your logo into your application and 3 photos of your services and/or products to be considered. Failure to do so may result in an automatic rejection. 

Email

  • Check your junkmail. We will post on social media via post and story to remind you acceptances have been sent.
  • You will only receive an email from us. We do not post on social media comments asking for any form of payment.

 

Health Unit

You understand that tattoo artists and food vendor must submit an event certificate approval by the Sudbury District Health Unit. Please provide a copy to Jay & Sav upon acceptance. You must display the certificate at the event.*

Logo, Images and Bio

  • Add your logo and business bio - this will be used on your vendor highlight if you are accepted. If your business bio is incomplete your form may be rejected.*
  • The  3 photos of your items - these will be used on your vendor highlight if you are accepted. Vendors who submit photos fitting the theme are strongly considered

Payment

If accepted, you understand that the appropriate fee(s) are due within 48 hours of the acceptance email. The event fee is $65.00, plus the cost if you require an additional table, plus sponsorship if you said yes. Failure to pay said fees within the 48 hours will have you automatically waitlisted (please reach out to us if you have questions about our updated 2026 policies). Table fees are put towards promotional materials such as flyers, social media sponsorships, etc. and will help pay for the venue.*

Sponsorship

You are not required to apply for sponsorship. Sponsorship package are available to vendors who choose to do so.

Table and Space

  • For this venue, we offer a space/one table (6ft or 8ft) for $65.00. All jewelry vendors will automatically be provided a 6ft table (please reach out to us for questions regarding our updated 2026 policies). 
  • You understand that the vendor fee is non-refundable but is transferable to a waitlisted vendor within at least 2 weeks of the event. If there are no waitlisted vendors, the fee is non-refundable. Unless the event itself is cancelled, the fee is non-refundable.*

Workshops

  • Are you a vendor, artist, reader, practitioner, tattoo artist etc. that would be interested in running a workshop/readings/flash tattoos during the event?
  • Would you be okay with Witches & Weirdos and/or Jay or Sav reaching out to you directly to get more information and/or ask questions about your proposed workshop/readings/tattoos?
  • Would you need help running the workshop/readings/flash tattoos such as (but not limited to) booking time slots online?
